1. 30-Day Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return and replacement window starting from the date of delivery.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be:
- Damaged during transit or structurally defective upon arrival.
- Incorrectly shipped, including wrong product or variant.
- Unused, in its original sealed packaging, and stored under prescribed temperature/environmental conditions.
Non-Eligible Items
- Products that have been unsealed, opened, or used.
- Products degraded due to improper post-delivery storage or handling.
- Items past the 30-day delivery window.
2. OEM & Customized Solutions Exclusion
Important Note: All custom-manufactured products, contract manufacturing products, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) solutions tailored to specific buyer requirements are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced or delivery is completed, except in verified cases of raw material manufacturing defects.
3. Timelines for Replacement and Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return claim, we will inspect the batch records and physical items within 7–10 business days.
- Resolution: If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
- Refund Processing: Approved monetary refunds will be credited back to the original B2B bank account or payment method within 14 business days from the date of approval.
