2. Limited Warranty

Levram Lifesciences warrants that its products conform to standard industry specifications and our official product documentation at the time of delivery.

• This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• No warranty applies to product degradation caused by improper storage, handling, or failure to follow instructions.

3. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Levram Lifesciences' total aggregate liability for any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the supply of products or use of this website shall be strictly capped at the total amount actually paid by the buyer for the specific order giving rise to the liability.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dadra and Nagar Haveli, India, where our manufacturing unit is situated.
